Spongee is operated by Wensday Pte Ltd ("Wensday", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spongee mobile application (the "App").

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Spongee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Spongee lets you save reels, posts, articles, and quotes from other apps — along with a note in your own words — and resurfaces them on your homescreen widget so you revisit what you saved instead of letting it disappear into your camera roll or browser history.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Spongee. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

Spongee requires an account, created via Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Your saved content

You retain ownership of the notes you write in Spongee. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and store any link, post, or quote you add to the App, and for not using Spongee to save or distribute content that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.

6. Subscription and billing

Spongee offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID account. New subscribers to the annual plan receive a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid annual subscription at the price shown in the App. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled at any time via your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, tamper with, or abuse the App or its share extension and widget, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and branding in Spongee, including the "Spongee" name and logo, are owned by Wensday Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Spongee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wensday Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
